You will be responsible for all technical development, delivery, and optimisation of HubSpot.
This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot’s CRM, and Marketing Hub, as well as proficiency in front-end development and API integrations to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a new HubSpot instance and build it into a powerful, integrated system from the ground up.
What You'll Do
CRM Development & Engineering
- Own technical build and configuration of HubSpot across Sales and Marketing acting as primary system administrator and product owner for HubSpot.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom HubSpot solutions, including landing pages, emails, and workflows using HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Customize HubSpot CRM to align with business processes, including custom objects, properties, automation workflows and sequences and data models
- Develop, execute, and test sales and marketing campaign automation
- Ensure integrations with LMS, telephony, marketing automation, and analytics tools are functioning and optimised.
- QA, test, and deploy new functionality with proper documentation. Maintain documentation for code, processes, and integrations
- Create and manage profiles, layouts, reports, dashboards, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users
- Support workspace setup for Sales/Service/Campaign teams with queues, SLAs, and views that drive daily behavior.
Data Governance & Reporting
- Oversee data integrity through data import management, data validation rules, data cleansing and deduping, reinforcing standards and conventions with other users.
- Develop and enforce data entry standards across teams, ensuring clean, reliable, and structured data across HubSpot.
- Conduct periodic data audits and clean-ups.
- Build customised views, dashboards, and reports for users.
- Build reports and dashboards that give leadership visibility into lifecycle, funnel, engagement, and CS health.
- Automate data processes to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Systems & Integrations
- Own HubSpot API usage, webhooks, and data synchronisation with external systems.
- Implement and maintain middleware solutions where required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay on top of HubSpot feature releases and implement relevant enhancements.
- Proactively recommend and deliver improvements to workflows, processes, and reporting
- Partner with Sales Ops to ensure the system scales as the business grows.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years’ experience in CRM engineering/development (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience building workflows, automations, and custom configurations in HubSpot
- Proficiency with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Coding/scripting experience in JavaScript or Python (other languages a plus)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and data structures
- Strong understanding of CRM data governance and lifecycle management
