The difference you’ll make
You’ll be instrumental in shaping the front-end experience of our lending platform as we continue to grow our industry-leading products. Working across customer, broker and internal tools, you’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering to translate ideas and designs into intuitive, high-quality user interfaces that feel consistent, considered and genuinely easy to use.

Beyond delivery, you’ll help raise the bar for UI and UX across the business; challenging conventions, refining our front-end codebase and influencing how we think about design-led development. Your work will directly impact how customers experience their home-owning journey and help set the standard for how modern lending products should look and feel.

What you'll do;

• Lead the design and development of performant, delightful user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.

• Collaborate with the product & tech teams to implement feature designs across our customer and internal software.

• Writing robust, well-tested code and proactively identifying areas for technical improvement or refactor. 

• Guide design and code reviews, mentoring peers, and raising the technical bar for your team.

• Mentor and elevate other engineers, championing engineer best practices and a culture of quality.

What you’ll bring:

• 5 years + working as a front end developer.

• 2+ years experience with vuejs / NuxtJs  or similar frameworks.

• Preferably 2+ years of experience in people management.

• Strong Javascript fundamentals and deep understanding of the web platform.

• Comfortable taking ownership of features end-to-end from architecture to delivery and thrive in environments where you drive the “how”.

• You enjoy mentoring others, offering constructive feedback, and lifting the technical bar. 

• Experience with modern UI frameworks and component libraries such as ShadCN, Radix UI, Primevue or equivalent.

• Ambitious individual who has a passion for UI, UX and be part of a growing business.

• Positive attitude to the day to day with good interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail in documentation and ticket descriptions.

• Strong communication skills.
