As Bridgit’s Chief Marketing Officer, you will be critical to our next phase of growth, scaling Bridgit from a high-growth innovator into a truly disruptive fintech and a household name in Australian financial services.
This is a pivotal leadership role sitting at the intersection of brand, performance, partnerships, customer insight, and commercial outcomes. You will build and lead a high-performing team to deliver a seamless, multi-channel experience that fuels our funnel, drives market share, and builds long-term customer value - empowering homeowners to move forward with confidence.
What you'll do;
Build the growth engine
Own the full-funnel marketing system across D2C, broker channels and referrer partners, from awareness to conversion to retention.
Build a predictable, high-quality lead flow that improves conversion, economics, and customer lifetime value.
Establish a culture of measurement and commercial accountability, linking marketing activity to sales outcomes, revenue, and growth.
Scale the brand
Scale the Bridgit’s brand into its next chapter: a clear, differentiated consumer proposition grounded in real customer insight.
Turn complex financial products into simple, compelling stories and journeys that increase trust, preference, and conversion.
Set a high bar for creative, content, UX, and brand consistency across every touchpoint.
Drive effectiveness
Be obsessed with performance: implement the reporting, tooling, attribution and experimentation rhythms needed to prove ROI.
Lead a culture of fast learning: experimentation, test-and-learn, and continuous optimisation across channels and lifecycle.
Partnerships and broker leadership
Lead marketing strategy for our broker and aggregator networks, ensuring Bridgit remains the first-choice solution for partners across Australia.
Build and scale partnership marketing programs across mortgage brokers, white label, and other referral channels, generating measurable pipeline and brand preference within partner ecosystems.
Leadership and execution
Serve as a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, shaping strategy, operating rhythm, priorities, and culture.
Build and mentor a high-performing team with a strong mix of brand, growth, lifecycle, partnerships and analytics.
Work with and manage agency partners and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment, strong collaboration, and delivery to the Bridgit standard.
Roll sleeves up when needed, bridging boardroom strategy and hands-on execution to deliver outcomes.
What you’ll bring:
15+ years in marketing, with 3–5+ years leading at senior level in a high-growth fintech, financial services, or adjacent scale-up.
Demonstrated ability to build a data-led growth engine (performance + lifecycle + funnel conversion) with clear commercial accountability.
Proven track record scaling a brand through the next phase: insight-driven storytelling, creative excellence, and consistent customer experience.
Deep understanding of marketing effectiveness: measurement, experimentation, attribution, reporting systems, and decision-making.
